Caitlin

Hello from St. Louis, Missouri! My name is Caitlin Poelker, and I cannot wait to plan your dream vacation. I am a wife and stay-at-home working mom to two little boys who love Disney as much as I do! When I’m not singing Disney tunes with my children, you might find me enjoying a good book or trying out new restaurants in my area. 

My journey as a travel advisor began in 2021. I was a new mom and special education teacher looking for a career that would allow me to spend more time at home with my family while still pursuing my own interests. 

I grew up as a “Disney kid.” I have been to Disney World as a child, teenager, adult, pregnant, with friends, with family, and now with my own children as a Disney Vacation Club member. I love to stay on Disney property; Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is my all-time favorite. I have visited during the Food and Wine Festival, Flower and Garden Festival, and the holiday seasons. As a foodie and vegetarian, I’m prepared to find you dining options that will satisfy your needs.

I have been an agent with Destination Magic for over four years and truly love what I do. I often tell clients it is the happiest job 🙂  

I understand how overwhelming and intimidating planning a Disney trip can be. My experience makes me a great planning partner for anyone looking for a magical Disney vacation. I am there with you every step of the way from the day we book your trip until the day you check out of your resort.
