My name is Shaughn, and I’m thrilled to help you plan your next unforgettable vacation. Originally from the island of Guam, I’ve also lived in Washington, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Growing up, my favorite tradition was visiting Disneyland each year, where I fell in love with the magic of the parks. That passion led me to work as a Cast Member at Disneyland Resort in Southern California, where I gained a profound appreciation for Disney’s commitment to creating magical experiences.
I began my Disney journey at Disneyland Resort in 2014, a place that remains close to my heart for teaching me the values of compassion and service. I found my true purpose in crafting cherished memories for families while delivering exceptional guest service.
During my time at the resort, I guided guests on exciting adventures through attractions like Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. I also had the privilege of contributing to the opening and ongoing success of attractions like Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters and Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!.
The highlight of my Disney career came during my final two years, collaborating with Disney Imagineers to bring Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to life. I contributed to the development of this immersive land and its groundbreaking attractions. As a special honor, I even received a cameo appearance in Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance—a memory I’ll always treasure.
Now, as a flight attendant, I have the incredible opportunity to travel the world and experience Disney destinations across the globe. From Shanghai Disney Resort and Disneyland Paris to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and the magic of Disney Cruise Line, my adventures have deepened my expertise in creating extraordinary vacations.
